Returns

At TCGMasterShop.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Because we sell sealed trading card products with collectible value, our return rules are strict and follow common industry standards.

1. Eligibility for Return
   • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
   • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
   • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   • Opened, used or damaged items.
   • Sealed products once unsealed (e.g. booster boxes, booster packs, special collections).
   • Digital products and services.
   • Gift cards and store credit.
   • Items with tampered security seals or obvious signs of misuse.

   Please note: We cannot accept returns simply because you are unhappy with the pull rates or contents of randomized TCG products. The outcome of packs and boxes is part of the collectible experience.

3. Return Process
   • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return request.
   • You will receive instructions and the return address after your request has been reviewed.
   • Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs
   • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g. wrong item sent, obvious damage on arrival reported immediately).
   • We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, as you are responsible until the package reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as described below.

1. Refund Methods
   • Wherever technically possible, refunds are issued back to the original payment method (e.g. SEPA bank transfer back to the same IBAN).
   • For crypto payments via NOWPayments, refunds (where applicable and agreed) are handled case-by-case. Due to price volatility and network fees, we may offer refunds based on the original order amount in EUR, using a fair exchange rate at the time of refund, or alternatively provide store credit or product replacement.
   • If a direct refund to the original method is not possible, we will propose an alternative solution (e.g. store credit or bank transfer) after contacting you.
2. Refund Amount
   • The refund amount generally excludes the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
   • If the return is caused by a mistake on our side (wrong item, missing product, clearly damaged on arrival), the refund may include the original shipping costs.
   • We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling the product in a way that was not necessary to check its condition.
3. Processing Time
   • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
   • The exact time until the refund is visible depends on your bank, wallet provider or payment service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery at [email protected] and include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and the damaged product. We will review your case and arrange a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution as quickly as possible.
