It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. TCGMasterShop.com is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of customs clearance, or failure to pick up the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. In some cases we may offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling costs instead of reshipping.
